1.8 V fixed output for noise-sensitive analog rails
The Analog Devices LT3009EDC-1.8#TRMPBF is a positive fixed-output linear regulator delivering 20 mA at 1.8 V from a 20 V maximum input. It is built for surface-mount assembly in a 6-DFN 2x2 mm exposed-pad package. The 6 µA quiescent current and 1 mA maximum supply current keep the thermal budget tight on always-on circuits. Control via the Enable pin lets a supervisor or GPIO shut down the rail entirely, pulling Iq to near zero. Protection covers over-current, over-temperature, and reverse polarity — the reverse-polarity clamp is unusual at this current level and saves an external Schottky in single-supply portable designs.
That puts it in the industrial and automotive under-hood bracket — engine bay electronics, outdoor telecom enclosures, factory-floor sensor modules.
