1Kbit OTP EPROM with 1-Wire interface — configuration and ID storage
The DS2502P-E48+ is a 1Kbit one-time-programmable EPROM with a 1-Wire interface. Organized as 128 x 8 bits, it stores calibration constants or serial numbers.
Because the DS2502P-E48+ uses EPROM - OTP technology, each bit can be programmed only once. There is no erase cycle.
1-Wire interface — minimal pin count, specific master required
The 1-Wire interface uses a single data line plus ground for communication. The host system must include a 1-Wire master controller.
