4.65V threshold supervisor for 5V rails

The DS1706LESA+ is a single-channel voltage supervisor from Analog Devices' MicroMonitor™ family, monitoring a 5V rail with a 4.65V threshold.

Active High push-pull output

The reset output is Active High with a push-pull (totem pole) stage — no external pull-up resistor needed. This matters when the downstream processor's reset input expects a high level during normal operation and a low when the supply is out of tolerance.

8-SOIC package and industrial temperature range

The supplier device package is also 8-SOIC, so the footprint is standard across the SOIC-8 land pattern.
