Reset supervisor with a 4.375 V threshold
The DS1233D-10+ is a single-channel simple reset/power-on reset IC from the Analog Devices EconoReset series. It monitors a single voltage rail at a 4.375 V threshold and asserts an active-low reset signal for a minimum of 250 ms when the supply dips below that level. The open-drain output allows the reset line to be shared with other devices in a wired-OR configuration. This is common in multi-supply systems where a single reset signal must be pulled low by any one supervisor.
Through-hole TO-92 package for prototyping and low-density boards
Housed in a TO-226-3 / TO-92-3 package with through-hole mounting, the DS1233D-10+ is suited for breadboard prototypes, point-to-point wiring, and designs where a small SOT-23 footprint is not required. The three-lead layout matches the standard TO-92 pinout for reset ICs. The operating temperature range spans -40°C to 85°C, covering industrial environments such as motor-drive control panels, PLC racks, and outdoor telecom enclosures where the ambient temperature stays within that band.
