Propagation delay and transient immunity
Propagation delay is 14 ns max in both directions, with pulse-width distortion held to 2 ns max. That keeps the SPI clock-to-data skew tight enough for 34 Mbps operation without needing to slow the bus. Rise and fall times are 2.5 ns typical, which is fast enough to avoid edge-rate problems on short PCB traces but may need series termination if the trace runs longer than a few inches.
No last-time-buy or end-of-life notice exists. The ADUM4150ARIZ-RL is a 6-channel sibling with 5000 Vrms isolation and 40 Mbps data rate, but with a 4/2 channel split.
The 3V to 5.5V supply range fits 3.3V or 5V SPI buses. The 7-channel count with a 5/2 input split distinguishes it from the 6-channel ADUM4150.
