Two-channel isolator for noisy industrial links
The ADUM225N1BRIZ is a 2-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler series, built with magnetic coupling technology. It delivers 5000Vrms isolation and a 150Mbps data rate in an 8-SOIC-IC package — enough headroom for isolating SPI, UART, or CAN signals in motor drives, inverters, and industrial PLCs. The 75kV/µs common-mode transient immunity keeps data intact alongside fast-switching IGBTs or SiC FETs without bit errors.
