Single-channel iCoupler for high-speed isolation
Supply voltage spans 1.7V to 5.5V, so it works on both 3.3V and 5V rails without a separate regulator. Common-mode transient immunity of 75kV/µs (minimum) means it holds its state through the fast voltage swings found in motor drives, inverters, and switched-mode power supplies.
What the 150Mbps and 3ns PWD mean for your bus
At 150Mbps the ADUM110N0BRZ keeps up with high-speed SPI clocks and fast serial links without introducing bit errors. Pulse-width distortion is held to 3ns max, so the duty cycle at the output stays close to the input — important when driving clocked interfaces where edge timing matters. The 13ns propagation delay (both edges) is symmetrical, so you don't get a skew penalty between rising and falling edges. For 10/100 Ethernet or 50MHz SPI, this part leaves healthy margin.
Rated from 1.7V to 5.5V on the supply, this isolator drops into low-voltage 1.8V logic domains as easily as traditional 5V industrial buses.
Package and footprint
Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90mm wide), surface-mount. The narrow SOIC footprint is a common industry standard, so layout reuse across multiple isolator channels is straightforward.
Lifecycle and compliance
ROHS3 compliant.
