The ADN4652BRSZ-RL7 is a 2-channel, unidirectional LVDS digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler® family. It uses magnetic coupling to transfer data across a 3750 Vrms isolation barrier at rates up to 600 Mbps, with 4.5 ns propagation delay and 0.35 ns rise/fall times. This part is specified for the engineer who needs to break ground loops, reject common-mode noise, or provide safety isolation on a high-speed serial link—think industrial Ethernet, motor-drive encoder feedback, or medical imaging data lines where a few nanoseconds of jitter budget matter.
Rated at 600 Mbps, this isolator supports LVDS signaling. The 4.5 ns propagation delay (max) and 0.35 ns rise/fall times leave timing margin. The 25 kV/µs CMTI prevents glitches from fast voltage steps across the barrier.
Supply rail and temperature: fit for the extended industrial bay
Operates from a 2.375 V to 2.625 V supply. No isolated power is generated on-chip; you supply the secondary-side rail from a separate regulator or isolated DC-DC module.
Package, footprint, and board-level handling
Housed in a 20-lead SSOP (0.209" body width, 5.30 mm wide), surface-mount. The RL7 suffix indicates 7-inch reel (1,000 units per reel) and Cut Tape availability. No special bake required if stored sealed. RoHS3 compliant.
