The ADN4650BRSZ is a dual-channel, unidirectional LVDS isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler series. It uses magnetic coupling to pass a 600 Mbps data stream across a 3750 Vrms galvanic isolation barrier.
The 4.5 ns max propagation delay and 0.35 ns rise/fall times mean the isolator adds about three bit-clock cycles of latency.
