Single-supply supervisor for 3.3V rails
The ADM825SYKSZ-R7: Both an active-high and an active-low reset output are available, each push-pull, so the same IC can drive a microcontroller's reset pin (usually active-low) and also signal an enable line or an interrupt controller that needs the opposite polarity — no external inverter needed. The 140ms minimum reset timeout holds the processor in reset long enough for the supply to stabilise after a power-on or a brownout recovery, which covers the start-up settling time of most 3.3V rails feeding a Cortex-M or similar MCU.
Industrial temperature range and small footprint
The 0.65 mm pin pitch is hand-solderable with a fine tip, so field rework is practical. At the 5 µA typical supply current, self-heating is negligible even in still air.
Active production and compliance
ROHS3 compliant with no exemptions — no lead, mercury, or phthalates in the bill of materials, which simplifies EU and UKCA market entry without a certificate-of-compliance chase.
