Supervisor for a single 3.08V rail
The ADM6315-31D1ARTZR7: When the supply drops below 3.08V, it asserts a reset signal — the threshold is set at the factory, so no external resistor divider is needed. The output is active-low, open-drain — it pulls low on a fault and floats when the rail is good. A pull-up resistor to the monitored rail or the logic supply is required for the reset signal to reach a valid high level. The reset timeout is 1ms minimum, meaning the output stays low for at least 1ms after the rail recovers above the threshold. This debounces the power-up sequence and prevents the downstream processor from starting until the supply is stable.
Package and temperature grade
The wide range means the threshold accuracy holds across the temperature extremes a motor-drive or engine-bay ECU sees.
