The ADG3245BRUZ is an 8-channel single-pole single-throw bus switch from Analog Devices, configured as 8 x 1:1. It operates from a single 2.3V to 3.6V supply, making it a direct fit for 2.5V and 3.3V logic buses where you need to isolate or multiplex a data line without adding propagation delay.

At 3.3V the switch on-resistance is low enough that the voltage drop across the channel stays under 250 mV at rated current — negligible for LVCMOS levels. At 2.5V the switch still conducts cleanly, but the on-resistance rises; confirm the downstream input threshold has margin. Unlike a multiplexer with a digital core, a bus switch passes the signal without adding gate delay or skew. The 8 x 1:1 topology means each of the eight channels is a standalone SPST switch with its own enable — useful for gating individual data lines in a shared bus architecture.

The ADG3245BCPZ is the same 8 x 1:1 bus switch in a tray-packaged LFCSP. If your board already has a TSSOP footprint, the BRUZ is the drop-in; the BCPZ requires a different land pattern. The ADG3246BCPZ offers 10 x 1:1 channels in the same LFCSP package — two extra channels for wider buses, but the pinout is not compatible.
