Circuit and switching behaviour
Eight independent 1:1 bus switches, each controlled by a separate enable pin. When enabled, the switch presents a low on-resistance path between the A and B ports; when disabled, the port is high-impedance. The 8-bit width matches a byte-wide data bus or address bus in a mixed-voltage system. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, covering industrial and most communications equipment environments. The device is rated for continuous operation across this band with no derating required at the supply limits.
The part is available in tray packaging. For volume requirements, confirm reel or tape-and-reel options with the supplier at RFQ — the tray quantity may not match high-volume pick-and-place feeders without a repack fee.
