The ADF4108BCPZ is a phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices, designed for RF local-oscillator generation up to 8 GHz. It accepts CMOS or TTL reference inputs and outputs a single-ended clock, making it a direct fit for upconverter/downconverter LO chains in microwave links, test equipment, and satellite communications.

The 20-lead LFCSP (4x4 mm) exposed-pad package provides a low-inductance ground path for the charge-pump output and VCO tuning line, critical for maintaining phase-noise performance at 8 GHz.
