Tape vs tube — same silicon, different handling
The ADF4106BRUZ ships in a tube. The ADF4106BRUZ-R7 is the tape-and-reel variant of the same die and package. No electrical difference — the choice is purely about pick-and-place feeder compatibility. If your assembly line is set up for reels, order the -R7 suffix; if you hand-place or use a tube-fed machine, the BRUZ works as-is. The ADF4106BCPZ and its reel variant ADF4106BCPZ-R7 use a 20-lead LFCSP (QFN) package instead of TSSOP. Stick with the TSSOP if your board layout is already fixed.
