10-bit dual DAC with ±0.13 LSB INL
The AD9715BCPZ is a 10-bit, dual current-output DAC from the TxDAC® series, built on a current-source architecture. It delivers differential outputs over a parallel data interface, making it a fit for I/Q modulation and direct-digital-synthesis (DDS) signal chains where two matched DACs share a common clock and data bus. The ±0.13 LSB INL and ±0.08 LSB DNL figures mean monotonicity is guaranteed to 10 bits — no missing codes across the full output range. For a waveform-generation or baseband transmit path, that translates to a clean spectral floor without spurious tones from integral nonlinearity.

The reference can be driven externally or supplied from the internal bandgap.
