JFET input stage — what it means for your front-end
The AD8510BRZ-REEL7 is a single JFET-input operational amplifier from Analog Devices. Its 25 pA input bias current and 80 µV input offset voltage make it a natural fit for high-impedance sensor interfaces — photodiode amplifiers, pH probes, piezoelectric transducers — where the op-amp's own input current would otherwise swamp the signal.
Rated for a supply span from 9 V to 36 V, this part works on single or split supplies without a dedicated regulator. Quiescent current sits at 2.2 mA per amplifier.
Output drive and package
Each output can source or sink 70 mA. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) and also available as Cut Tape (CT) for prototype quantities.
For dual-sourcing or a pin-compatible drop-in, the AD8510ARZ-REEL7 shares the same 8-SOIC footprint, 8 MHz GBW, and 20 V/µs slew rate; the main difference is a higher input offset voltage spec (100 µV vs 80 µV). If the offset budget is tight, stick with the BRZ grade.
This is a current-production part, sourced through independent distribution. No minimum order quantity is imposed — single-reel or partial-reel quantities can be quoted.
