What the 1600 V/µs slew rate means on the bench
The AD8134ACPZ-R2 is a triple-channel differential amplifier in a 24-LFCSP-WQ (4x4 mm) package — a compact footprint for multi-channel ADC driver arrays where board space is tight. The 1600 V/µs slew rate means this part can swing a full-scale 2 Vpp output in under 1.3 ns — fast enough to settle a 16-bit, 100 MSPS ADC input within one clock cycle without slew-induced distortion. The 450 MHz -3 dB bandwidth covers the small-signal passband for IF-sampling receivers and high-speed data acquisition front-ends; the actual large-signal bandwidth will be lower, limited by the slew rate.
Supply rails and thermal budget for a triple amp
Each channel draws 31 mA typical from the supply — three channels at 93 mA total quiescent. In a 24-LFCSP with exposed pad, the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is roughly 35-40 °C/W, so at 85 °C ambient the die stays well within the 150 °C abs-max junction. The 90 mA per-channel output current can drive the 10-20 pF input capacitance of a high-speed ADC while maintaining the slew rate — the limiting factor is the output stage's current delivery into the load capacitance, not the amplifier's small-signal bandwidth.
