Octal 16-bit DAC with internal reference
The AD5676RBCPZ-REEL7 is an eight-channel, 16-bit voltage-output DAC from the nanoDAC+® family, integrating an internal 2.5 V reference and a string-DAC architecture that delivers monotonic performance across the full temperature range. INL is ±1.8 LSB typical, DNL is ±0.7 LSB typical — the string architecture keeps DNL below 1 LSB, so the DAC is guaranteed monotonic, which matters for closed-loop control loops where a non-monotonic step would reverse the feedback direction. Settling time is 8 µs typical to ±1 LSB, allowing per-channel update rates above 100 kHz when the SPI bus is clocked at the maximum rated frequency — adequate for industrial automation set-points, ATE level-setting, and closed-loop actuator control.
Supply rails and temperature grade
Operating temperature spans -40°C to +125°C, covering the industrial and extended-industrial range — suitable for engine-bay control modules, outdoor instrumentation, and downhole sensor interfaces that see ambient temperatures above 105°C.
Tape-and-reel packaging for volume assembly
Supplied on tape and reel (7-inch reel, 13-inch on request) or cut tape — the reel quantity is the standard 2500 units per reel, matching common pick-and-place feeder setups.
