16-bit, 8-channel DAC with internal reference
The AD5676RARUZ is an 8-channel, 16-bit voltage-output DAC from the nanoDAC+® family, integrating an internal 2.5 V reference and a buffered output stage. The 8 µs settling time to ±1 LSB means the part can update all eight channels at roughly 15 kHz per channel before the output settles — useful for closed-loop control loops or multi-channel calibration sequences where the update rate must stay above the loop bandwidth.
Supply rails and temperature range
INL is ±1.8 LSB max and DNL is ±0.7 LSB max — the DNL below ±1 LSB guarantees monotonicity across all codes, which matters for closed-loop control where a non-monotonic DAC can cause oscillation. The string-array architecture keeps the output glitch energy low compared to R-2R designs.
The tube packaging (50 units per tube) is typical for prototype and low-volume builds; for production reels, order the -REEL7 variant.
