10-bit DAC with I²C bus and 9 µs settling
The AD5311BRMZ is a single-channel, 10-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices, built on a String DAC architecture. It communicates over an I²C data interface and settles to within ½ LSB in 9 µs typical.
Package and board-fit details
Housed in an 8-MSOP (3.00 mm width) surface-mount package, supplied in tube format. The footprint is shared with the AD5301 (8-bit) and AD5321 (12-bit) siblings, allowing a single PCB layout to serve multiple resolution grades.
Linearity and output accuracy
INL is ±0.5 LSB max, DNL is ±0.05 LSB max — monotonicity is guaranteed over the full temperature range, so the output never reverses step direction. No differential output; the reference is drawn from the supply rail.
