The 77.8 V standoff means the protected rail can run at 48 V nominal or 60 V with margin, and the TVS stays in standby until a transient pushes above the breakdown threshold (86.5 V minimum). At 125 V clamping, downstream components rated for 150 V or higher see a safe voltage during a surge.
