1500 W bidirectional transient suppressor for DC bus and signal-line clamping
The 1.5KE91CA/B: It protects a single bidirectional channel in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package. The 77.8 V standoff means the protected rail can run at 48 V nominal or 60 V with margin, and the TVS stays in standby until a transient pushes above the breakdown threshold (86.5 V minimum). At 125 V clamping, downstream components rated for 150 V or higher see a safe voltage during a surge.

DO-201 axial package, -55 to 150 °C operating range
Mounted through-hole in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial package, the device suits point-to-point wiring on terminal strips or PCB through-hole layouts. The junction temperature range spans -55 °C to 150 °C, covering industrial and outdoor telecom enclosure environments. No power line protection — the device is intended for signal and low-voltage DC bus clamping, not AC mains.
