The 1.5KE11A/B: Reverse standoff voltage is 9.4 V, clamping at 15.6 V maximum with a peak pulse current of 97.4 A — this defines the protection threshold for a 9 V or 12 V rail where the TVS must not clip during normal operation but clamps fast on a surge. Packaged in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead through-hole case, shipped in bulk box format. Single unidirectional channel — the part protects one signal or power line per device. No power-line protection feature (no internal crowbar or foldback), so it is a straight shunt clamp.
