The DO-201 body is the standard footprint for 1500W TVS diodes — the lead spacing and body diameter match the common PCB hole pattern, and the axial leads let it sit flush against the board or stand off for better airflow. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C junction, which covers industrial and telecom enclosures without derating. No power line protection (the diode is unidirectional, not bidirectional), so it is intended for DC rails where polarity is fixed.
