1200 V blocking, 91 A per diode — the power rectifier tier
Each of the two independent standard-recovery diodes handles a forward drop of 1.27 V at 100 A, with reverse leakage of 150 µA at the full 1200 V blocking voltage. The standard recovery speed (>500 ns) means this module is designed for line-frequency rectification or slow-switching applications, not for high-frequency inverter or PFC stages where fast/ultrafast recovery would be required.
SOT-227 miniBLOC — chassis-mount thermal path
The SOT-227-4 (miniBLOC) package is a low-profile, electrically isolated baseplate module intended for bolting directly to a heatsink or cold plate. The junction temperature range spans -55°C to 150°C, covering industrial and some automotive under-hood environments. Mounting torque and thermal interface material selection follow standard SOT-227 practices — the baseplate provides electrical isolation, so no additional insulating pad is needed between module and heatsink.
