5000Vrms isolation in a 4-pin SOP

These figures place the VOL618A-2X001T in the medium-speed class for optocouplers — adequate for 50/60 Hz power-line zero-cross detection, relay driver isolation, or low-speed digital isolation up to a few tens of kilohertz.
