Each channel can switch up to 70 V at 50 mA, with a guaranteed current transfer ratio (CTR) between 100% and 200% at a forward current of 10 mA. The part operates across -40°C to 100°C, suiting it for industrial environments such as motor drives, PLC digital inputs, and isolated power-supply feedback loops where two isolated channels are needed in a single 8-pin SOIC footprint.
