Dual Schottky in a single FlatPAK — AEC-Q101 qualified
The V10K100DUHM3/H from Vishay is a dual Schottky rectifier in the 8-PowerTDFN FlatPAK 5x6 (Dual) package, containing two independent diodes rated for 5 A average rectified current each at a 100 V reverse voltage.
5 A per diode, 100 V blocking — forward drop and leakage trade-off
Each diode delivers 5 A average rectified current (Io) with a maximum forward voltage of 750 mV at that current. The 100 V DC reverse voltage rating provides margin for 48 V and 60 V bus rails in automotive and industrial DC-DC converters. Reverse leakage is specified at 500 µA at the full 100 V blocking voltage. This leakage doubles with junction temperature, so the thermal design should account for the self-heating contribution at high ambient. The fast recovery speed (≤ 500 ns, > 200 mA Io) is characteristic of Schottky diodes — no stored charge, so the switching losses are dominated by junction capacitance rather than reverse recovery.
