Slew-rate control and reverse-current protection
The SIP32475DN-T1-GE4: Slew-rate controlled switching limits the inrush current when the load is connected, which prevents the upstream rail from drooping during hot-plug or power-up sequencing. This matters most when the output capacitance is in the tens of microfarad range — the controlled turn-on keeps the voltage ramp gradual enough to avoid a false under-voltage lockout on the supply. Reverse-current fault protection blocks current from flowing back from the load to the input when Vout exceeds Vin. This is a practical safeguard in multi-rail systems where a downstream rail might hold up longer than the main supply during a power-down sequence, or where a battery is connected on the output side.
The 4-XFDFN package (supplier device package 4-uDFN, 1x1 mm) is a four-lead, no-lead footprint with a 0.65 mm pitch.
