Product details

Isolation and transient immunity for industrial line switching

The 600 V off-state rating gives headroom for 240/277 VAC nominal lines plus typical mains transients. Minimum static dV/dt of 10kV/µs means the output resists false triggering from fast-switching MOSFET or IGBT edges on the same PCB; without that immunity, capacitive coupling through the optocoupler can fire the triac when it should stay off.

Zero-crossing drive and load current

Built-in zero-crossing circuitry turns the triac on only near the AC line zero-crossing, which limits inrush current into capacitive or cold-filament loads and reduces conducted EMI – a practical advantage when passing EN 55011 or FCC Class B on a motor-start or heater circuit. The on-state current rating of 300 mA RMS means this part drives small AC loads directly: a contactor coil, a solid-state relay input, or a triac gate. For loads above 300 mA, the IL410-X009T should drive a higher-current external triac or SCR.

Frequently asked questions

What is the output type of IL410-X009T?
