Rated for 25 A average rectified output current (Io) at a peak reverse voltage of 600 V — this sets the DC bus current capability in a single-phase supply. The forward drop is 1.1 V typical at 12.5 A, so conduction loss at half-rated load is about 14 W; the GBPC package's large footprint and QC terminals sink that heat into the chassis or heatsink, not the PCB.

Housed in the 4-Square GBPC package with QC (quick-connect) terminals — this is the standard through-hole footprint for 25 A bridge rectifiers. The QC tabs accept 0.250-inch female spade connectors, so the rectifier can be wired into a chassis or bulkhead without soldering, which simplifies field replacement.
