1 A, 100 V bridge in a DFS footprint
The DF01S-E3/77: The Vishay DF01S-/77 is a single-phase bridge rectifier in the standard DFS surface-mount package with gull-wing leads. It delivers 1 A average rectified output and withstands 100 V peak reverse voltage — a common entry-level rating for low-power AC-to-DC conversion on a compact board.
Ratings that govern the BOM fit
The 1 A average rectified current (Io) is the continuous DC load the bridge can deliver without exceeding the junction temperature limit. The 100 V peak reverse voltage (Vrrm) sets the maximum AC input peak — for a 50/60 Hz line, this covers 24 VAC and 48 VAC secondaries with margin, but not a 120 VAC line. The 5 µA reverse leakage at 100 V is low enough to ignore in most designs, but rises with temperature; at 150 °C junction the leakage can dominate the thermal budget. The DFS package is a 4-SMD gull-wing — the lead pitch and pad geometry match standard reflow profiles, and the body sits low enough for tight enclosures.
