5000 Vrms isolation in a 6-DIP through-hole package
The Vishay CNY75GB is a single-channel optoisolator with a DC input and a transistor-with-base output, housed in a 6-DIP (0.300", 7.62 mm) through-hole package. Its 5000 Vrms isolation rating suits galvanic isolation in industrial power supplies, motor drives, and PLC I/O modules where safety isolation is required. Operating temperature spans -55°C to 110°C, covering outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor enclosures, and engine-bay-adjacent electronics without derating.
