Temperature range and package integration
The DO-214AB (SMC) package has a standard 0.420" x 0.245" body with a cathode band; the copper pad area under the package sets the thermal resistance to the board. No power line protection — this is a general-purpose TVS for unidirectional transient suppression on signal or DC power rails.
