The 1.5SMC100CAHE3/9AT: Package is DO-214AB (SMC), the larger of the common SMC footprints. The copper tab on the bottom side is the cathode for a unidirectional part; here it is bidirectional, so polarity marking is irrelevant — orientation does not matter for the clamp.
