Housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package, the 1.5SMC100CA-/57T is supplied on tape and reel (also available in cut tape). The SMC footprint is standard for 1500 W TVS diodes — the large copper tab on the bottom side conducts heat to the PCB pad, so the thermal performance depends on the copper area and number of vias under the part. No power line protection (the device is not designed for continuous overvoltage clamping on power rails — it is a transient suppressor, not a regulator).
