1500 W peak pulse, 6.4 V standoff — TransZorb bidirectional TVS
The 1.5KE7.5CA-E3/73: The clamping voltage peaks at 11.3 V when the surge current reaches 133 A.
Breakdown window and temperature range
Minimum breakdown voltage is 7.13 V, so the device guarantees avalanche conduction by that level. The full operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to +175°C — the leakage current at the standoff voltage doubles roughly every 10°C, but the 1500 W peak pulse rating is derated above 25°C per the TransZorb curve. This is a single bidirectional channel in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package. The through-hole body handles the 133 A surge without the trace lift risk of a surface-mount part on a thin PCB.
