Active AEC-Q101 TVS for 36V automotive rails

The 1.5KE36AHE3_A/C is an active-production automotive-grade TVS diode from Vishay's TransZorb® series, qualified to AEC-Q101 for use in under-hood and chassis electronics where reliability screening is mandatory. The 34.2V minimum breakdown voltage ensures the diode does not conduct during normal 30.8V operation.

Thermal and mechanical fit for harsh environments

The unidirectional Zener-type construction (single channel) is suited for DC rail clamping where reverse polarity is not expected. Power line protection is not supported — this is a signal/rail clamp, not a mains surge suppressor.
