DO-201AA axial package and board integration
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead through-hole package, the 1.5KE33CAHE3_A/D mounts into a 1.1 mm diameter hole on the PCB. The axial body allows point-to-point wiring or direct soldering into a board — common in automotive ECU and auxiliary load transient protection stages. The single bidirectional channel protects one signal or power line. Power line protection is not built in — this is a transient suppressor, not a continuous overvoltage clamp.
