The 1.5KE33A-E3/73: The Vishay 1.5KE33A-/73 is a 1500 W (1.5 kW) unidirectional TransZorb® TVS diode in a through-hole DO-201AA (DO-27) axial package, designed to clamp transients on general-purpose power and signal lines.

The 45.7 V maximum clamping voltage at 32.8 A Ipp means a 24 V rail sees the transient clipped well below the typical 60 V abs-max of downstream DC-DC converters — a solid margin for most industrial power buses.
