The Vishay 1.5KE24HE3/54 is a 1500W (1.5kW) peak pulse power Zener TVS diode from the Automotive, AEC-Q101 qualified TransZorb® series. The -55°C to 175°C operating junction temperature range supports deployment in engine bays and other high-ambient environments.
