The 1.5KE180CA-E3/73: It clamps transients at 246V maximum and protects a 154V nominal rail, with a breakdown voltage window starting at 171V minimum. The 6.1A peak pulse current rating at the 10/1000µs test condition defines the surge capability — this is the current the diode shunts to ground during a transient event without exceeding the clamping voltage.
