TransZorb® TVS diode, 1500 W, 111 V standoff
The 1.5KE130A-E3/54: Its 111 V reverse standoff voltage protects 100–120 VDC rails, with a 124 V minimum breakdown and a 179 V maximum clamp at 8.4 A peak pulse current. The 179 V clamp is the voltage the diode forces the transient down to — downstream components rated for 200 V or more have headroom. The 8.4 A peak current rating at the 10/1000 µs pulse defines the surge it can absorb without failing short.
DO-201AA axial package and board integration
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, this TVS mounts through-hole. The lead spacing and body diameter match standard 0.4-inch hole grids, so it fits existing PCB layouts for 1.5KE-series diodes without pad changes.
