This unidirectional TVS Zener diode clamps at 152 V maximum with a 9.9 A peak pulse current (10/1000 µs waveform). The 94 V reverse standoff voltage means it holds off normal 80 V or 90 V rails without leakage, then breaks down at a minimum of 105 V to shunt transients. AEC-Q101 qualification certifies the device for automotive stress levels — temperature cycling, high-temperature reverse bias, and humidity testing per the automotive discrete semiconductor standard.

DO-201AA axial package — through-hole board fit

The DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package mounts through-hole. The 1.5KE body diameter and lead spacing match standard 0.100-inch pitch layouts; the bulk packaging ships loose in tubes or bags, not tape-and-reel. For rework or replacement, the lead bend radius must clear the glass-passivated junction — a tight right-angle bend risks die fracture.
