Isolation barrier and transient immunity
The TLP5772(E provides 5000Vrms isolation with a minimum common mode transient immunity of 35kV/µs. That CMTI rating means the output holds its state when a fast voltage edge — typical of a 1200V SiC or IGBT switching event — slews across the isolation barrier, so the gate drive signal doesn't glitch.
The supply voltage spans 10V to 30V, covering the common gate-drive bias rails for IGBTs and MOSFETs. Operating temperature from -40°C to 110°C suits industrial motor drives and outdoor power converters.
It is RoHS compliant.
