Four isolation channels in one SO-16 package
The Toshiba TLP293-4(E packs four independent phototransistor optocouplers into a single 16-SO (0.179", 4.55mm width) surface-mount package. Each channel provides 3750Vrms galvanic isolation between a DC-input LED and a phototransistor output, with a current transfer ratio (CTR) guaranteed between 50% and 600% at a forward current of 5mA. The output transistor is rated for 80V collector-emitter and 50mA continuous current, with a maximum saturation voltage of 300mV.
