Isolation barrier and input flexibility
The TLP292(Y-TPL,E is a single-channel transistor-output optoisolator from Toshiba, rated for 3750Vrms isolation (cite:). That isolation voltage suits it for galvanic separation in industrial controls, PLC I/O modules, and power-supply feedback loops where the primary and secondary must not share a ground path.
