Omnipolar switch with push-pull output
The Toshiba TCS40DPR,LF is an omnipolar magnetic switch from the TCS series, packaged in a SOT23F surface-mount package. It detects both north and south pole magnetic fields, switching on when the field exceeds ±4.4 mT and releasing at ±0.9 mT. Supply voltage is 2.3 V minimum, making it suitable for low-voltage battery-powered designs.
Switch-point hysteresis and temperature range
