Single 2-input OR gate in SOT-753
The TC7SET32F,LJ(CT is a single 2-input OR gate from Toshiba's TC7SET series, housed in a 5-pin SOT-753 (SMV) surface-mount package. With an 8mA source/sink output drive and a 9ns propagation delay at 5V with a 50pF load, this gate can buffer moderate fan-out to downstream CMOS inputs without excessive timing penalty. The 2µA maximum quiescent current keeps the standby power negligible in always-on circuits.
Supply voltage and logic thresholds
The input logic thresholds are specified at 0.8V low and 2.0V high, which are compatible with standard 5V TTL and CMOS families. The SOT-753 package's thermal resistance allows the gate to dissipate its 8mA output current without derating across the full temperature span.
