Single 2-input NAND gate in a compact SC-74A footprint
The Toshiba TC7S00F,LF is a single 2-input NAND gate from the TC7S series, housed in a surface-mount SC-74A (SOT-753) package. Propagation delay is 17ns at 6V with a 50pF load, which is fast enough for general-purpose glue logic and signal gating.
Supply voltage and logic-level compatibility
The 2V to 6V supply range means this gate can be driven by 3.3V or 5V logic without a level translator. Input logic low is 0.5V to 1.8V, and high is 1.5V to 4.2V, which aligns with standard CMOS thresholds. At 2.6mA output current per pin (both high and low), it can drive a few downstream gates or a short trace without buffering.
